Action needed: Submit Iowa Healthcare Workforce Stakeholder Survey

The Iowa Medical Society, in partnership with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and partner organizations, are working together to assess and evaluate the evolving landscape and future of rural health care workforce in Iowa as part of the Iowa Rural Healthcare Workforce Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Engagement Initiative. The goals of this initiative are to learn about what challenges are facing Iowa’s health care workforce, particularly in rural communities, and to identify potential solutions to improve health care workforce shortages across Iowa.

The Iowa Medical Society is seeking insight and input from local people, from members of the health care workforce, recipients of care, community stakeholders impacted by local health care workforce issues and more. All are welcome to participate.

All responses are anonymous and will be utilized to support shared efforts to improve health care workforce in Iowa.
