How do I log in to the Member Portal?

What do I do if I receive an error message while trying to log in to the portal or trying to process a payment?

First check the web browser you are using. Do not use Microsoft Internet Explorer, as this browser is no longer updated and supported. Please do use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome instead. If you continue to receive error messages even after using Firefox or Chrome, please call us at 800-422-3106 to resolve any issues related to error messages.

How do I register for an educational event?

Contact your organization’s Primary Executive Admin (i.e., administrator or designated individual who has access to your organization’s information in the Member Portal) to complete the registration for you. Contact your administrator or IHCA at 800-422-3106 to determine who is your Primary Executive Admin.

How can I view and pay my organization’s open invoices?
