Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator

Healthcare of Iowa, a well-respected Iowa based management group, is responsible for the oversight of multiple skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities across Eastern Iowa. We are seeking to offer an excellent career opportunity to an experienced Administrator for a 46-bed skilled nursing facility in Montrose, IA. The successful candidate will have a team-oriented leadership style along with organizational, decision making, and leadership skills that ensure the success of the overall operations of the facility.
Minimum Requirements include a current Iowa Administrator’s License, two years’ experience as an Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility and the ability to create a culture where staff is committed to the HCI motto of Enriching Lives Through Kind. Compassionate. Care.
