Due to recent SIGNIFICANT Growth in Central Iowa we are fortunate that Iowa Home Care can now offer our New Wage Scale and Improved Benefits Program! AND due to unprecedented client need we have multiple positions to fill with RNs and LPNs for the Newton Area.

RNs will Admit and Case Manage Clients in their own homes as well as outline Client Care Plans. RNs will coordinate care and manage Field Support Staff assigned to your clients.

LPNs will provide regular nursing care, education, maintain and/or support client condition reports, provide ongoing status communications and condition reports on your clients

Client assessments
Electronic charting
Aide supervision
Care team coordination
Employee and client education

Qualified individuals will possess the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, and have strong clinical and communication skills.

Preferred applicants will have previous home care experience with OASIS knowledge. A current Iowa nursing license, driving license, and vehicle are required.
