Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Administrator is responsible for the overall operations of the 41 bed Skilled Nursing Facility and the 16 bed Independent Living facility including staffing, budgeting, administrative and regulatory compliance. Provides supervision and administration of quality nursing care, marketing, census. Directs the hiring and training of all personnel in order to provide resident centered care. Experience preferred.
