Currently we are hiring for Director of Nursing.
Minimum Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state licensure or registration requirements; geriatric nursing experience.
• 2 years’ experience in Director/Manager level capacity in a Health Care Setting preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
• Direct management of Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, and CNAs
• Maintaining a chain of command and a responsible work environment
• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of care for up to 100 residents
