Admission/QAPI Coordinator (RN)

Luther Park Community is seeking an Admissions/QAPI Coordinator to join our team!

LPC recently completed a 3-year strategic plan that outlines a very exciting future for both those we serve and the associates that are part of our team.

The Trinity Center at Luther Park is 120 bed facility with 60 CCDI beds with an overall care philosophy of serving those in the dementia disease process.

The ideal candidate has a love for the elderly, promotes teamwork, is a great communicator and mentor to staff and is grounded in excellent resident care. The Admissions/QAPI Coordinator will be responsible for developing working relationships with referral sources leading the resident recruitment and admissions process for Luther Park Community. This position will also support the quality initiatives of the Trinity Center through collection, validation and analysis of data to initiate improved outcomes for resident care activities.
On-Call every 7th week.

Minimum Job Requirements:
• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse who currently possesses a valid license in good standing in the state of Iowa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Prefer 3 years of work experience in senior services.
• Must be well-versed in human relations and administrative management.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other associates at all levels.
