“I am seeking re-nomination for director at large with IHCA. Over the past 40+ years, I have worked in many areas of healthcare and had the opportunity to assist with several projects that provided the best quality of care for frail and elderly patients and residents across the spectrum of healthcare. In the past 7 years serving on the IHCA board as a director-at-large, I have gained a wealth of experience which has allowed me to stay up-to-date on proposed changes and the evolution of policies for our industry. Additionally, networking and discussing issues within our healthcare community has helped all of us.  I greatly appreciated the opportunity to have served and I would like to continue my service with the IHCA board for another year”, states Ms. Schlepp.
