Board Election Bio – Brynn Rodgers

Brynn Rodgers, Executive Director at Ramsey Village, formerly served as the Divisional Director of Operations for Care Initiatives’ Central Region, overseeing 11 to 17 skilled nursing facilities and 3 to 4 assisted living programs. Her drive and passion inspire the employees to care for residents and tenants with compassion and dignity. Brynn started her career as a CMA at an assisted living facility while attending the University of South Dakota. When she completed her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, she was asked to manage the assisted living facility. Moving into a skilled nursing facility administrator role with Care Initiatives in 2005, Brynn continued developing her knowledge and experience. She completed her MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Administration in 2010. She was divisional director for the past ten years and joined Ramsey Village CCRC last year. Brynn’s philosophy is to train, equip, and coach her team by empowering them until they can independently make sound management decisions. As they grow, she becomes a resource, sounding board and their trusted brainstorming partner. Brynn has served on the ICAL Board of Directors as the Assisted Living Conference Chair for the past three years.
