Sally Shaver-DuBois is a teacher, a professional entertainer, and a musician. As Owner and President of Smile Awhile Presentations, she speaks to a wide range of audiences on life balance, healthy living, and adding more humor to your life. Sally has two master's degrees in education. She has been a professional speaker since 2004.

Lynn Boes (pronounced Base) graduated from the University of Iowa, College of Nursing in 1979. She has been a registered nurse for over 30 years and held national certification in Community Health Nursing through December 31, 1999. She has practiced in a wide variety of settings and as a consultant for the State of Iowa Department of Public Health. Lynn graduated from Drake Law School with honors in 1996. She is a shareholder at the Davis, Brown, law firm in Des Moines, IA. She provides representation to health care facilities, associations and providers on a wide range of health care issues.

Brenda Irlbeck-Kreitzinger, RN, BSN, is a Long-Term Care Specialist, currently working as a consultant with LTC Resources. With many years of experience in long-term care, she has come to understand the ins and outs of the issues facing caregivers every day. Currently in pursuit of completion of an MBA/MSN program at Grand Canyon University, she has dedicated herself to making the long-term care environment one that is enriching for both the caregiver and the resident. With education being one of her passions, leading refugees through the CNA course is one way that she extends her passion for the elderly to the direct care worker population.

Lauren Schieffer is a leading expert on respectful communication and is the driving force behind High Road Communication. As the President of High Road Solutions, Lauren is a renowned author and master communicator.
