Thank you for your continued support of the long term services and supports profession through the Iowa Health PAC.

In compliance with state regulations, Iowa Health PAC can only accept personal checks or credit cards. Corporate contributions cannot be accepted. Legislative Events
All IHCA member organizations and their staffs are asked to attend the IHCA member-hosted legislative events held in their districts each summer. In the wake of critical state budget shortfalls, funding for long term services and supports is being closely scrutinized by state agencies and advocate groups. For this reason, all long term services and supports providers must visibly work to support the elected officials who support long term services and supports and can help maintain the funding critical for providing the highest quality care. The best way to do this is to attend the legislative events or coffees held for the legislators in your area.

AHCA/NCAL Congressional Briefing
A delegation IHCA members and staff attend the AHCA/NCAL Congressional Briefing each summer in Washington, D.C. This two-day event gives the long term care profession an opportunity to share their concerns with our federal Senators and Congressman.

Meetings are held at the offices of Iowa's two U.S. Senators and all three members of Congress.
