Instructions for "white listing" IHCA emails and e-newsletters

If you are having problems receiving IHCA member communications and emails, please see the whitelisting instructions for IHCA, ICAL, ICHC, AHCA and NCAL e-mails and e-newsletters sent through RealMagnet, which hosts IHCA ICAL's e-communication services.

The instructions are for "white listing" (i.e., approving) the various senders' domains for the more common desktop email clients. Part one includes instructions to recipients on how to whitelist at the desktop level. Page two includes instructions for recipient e-mail administrators and IT staff on how to whitelist at the server level. These steps will help our emails be identified as safe emails by your SPAM filter.
