The Iowa Health Political Action Committee (Iowa Health PAC) provides a voice for long term care providers with state and federal lawmakers. Iowa Health PAC’s goal is to improve the quality of life for residents and the working environment for long term care employees.
Iowa Health PAC also works with the IHCA·ICAL Legislative Committee to:
- identify key issues to address with state and federal elected officials, and
- provide members information on key issues to address with state and
federal elected officials and candidates for office.
Political Action Committees in Iowa are regulated by Iowa Code Chapter 68A.102 and the administrative rules at Iowa Administrative Code Section 351, Chapter 4. The Iowa Code and Administrative Code.
