Prescription Cost Management (PCM) is a pharmaceutical products and services company focused exclusively on nursing and rehab centers and assisted living communities to advocate and provide:

o  Significant and Quantifiable Prescription Cost Savings using Dynamic “Real-Time” Prescription Market Pricing
o  Consolidated Pass-Thru Invoicing
o  No “Out of Pocket” upfront Costs
o  UR Analytics and Reporting
o  Utilize existing legacy pharmacy relationships and existing in-network PBM contracts
o  Free Training, Set-up and Configuration
o  PCM provides pharmacy transparency (Pricing, Consistency, Control & Monitoring)

PCM is 100 percent focused on helping providers
reduce costs, reduce risk, and reduce workloads.

PCM was created to help nursing and rehab facilities and assisted living communities get the best prices and lowest costs for every prescription, for every patient. Our program allows facilities to keep all of their legacy pharmacies in place; nothing has to change. Our program is designed to guarantee prescription drug pricing for Medicare Part A (skilled) patients and Medicaid/Title XIX Over-The-Counter (OTC) residents. PCM provides full medication cost transparency to its customers. We will pass 100 percent of the negotiated costs savings we received to you. We will not mark-up, hide or withhold any costs or discounts. We only charge a small monthly fee and include a service fee on each prescription you fill...that is our model.

Each patient is enrolled under your provider code to the program. Your pharmacy will bill prescriptions through our network, and get paid our negotiated low prices. We then bill you for those scripts, and we pay the pharmacy. You only pay the negotiated price plus our small service fee

PCM customers save on average at least 20 percent off their current prescription costs.

We have developed a simple 2-step implementation:

Step 1 – Sign the PCM contract for your organization
Step 2 – Brief Online Training to set-up Account and then Enroll New Patients. That’s it.
